Pet care experience
I am a retired nurse who also did adult foster care for 20 years in my home. I was lucky enough to have dogs to love and care for since I was 18 years old. I simply love animals. My last dog passed in 2020 at 16 years old. Since then I have taken care of dogs in my home for anywhere from a 2 day stay and up to 2 months. References available upon request.

Marsha did such an excellent job taking care of our Ellie! Ellie was so relaxed that she was eating and drinking on day one (normally she’s a little stressed and won’t eat for a day or two). Marsha gave her lots of snuggles, played tug of war with her, and took Ellie on walks. Ellie was well cared for, we look forward to booking with Marsha again!
Marsha was excellent! This was our first time using the Rover app and we felt like we made the right decision. We considered using a boarding facility but were worried our dogs (especially our older one) would not do well. Marsha was very accommodating and her attention to detail with our dogs was so appreciated. She is very much an animal lover, and we found that to be reassuring while we were traveling. She sent us updates and pictures while we were away. I would highly recommend Marsha. She has a comfortable and caring approach, and our dogs loved her. Marsha - thank you again for everything!
Marsha was fantastic! Stanley, our golden, was happy as can be staying with her. Took him for walks, played ‘ball’ with him, and obviously cared for him as if he was one of her own. Will definitely board with Marsha in the future.
Marsha just boarded our pup Sophie for the first time. She was great, and we felt very comfortable leaving Sophie with her. Marsha clearly wanted Sophie to be comfortable, which we really appreciate!

I have a fenced area, approximately 44 feet by 22 feet and live on one acre. I am able to take your pet for car rides, walks, veterinary or grooming appointments, feed, water, give medications, play, snuggle protect him/her. Just like humans, no two dogs are alike in behavior or personality, likes or dislikes and this will be taken into consideration and your pet will be treated with love, respect and the care that they deserve.

A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood or at a park. They have nice trails to walk at Bertram Regional Park. Playing fetch with a ball or frisbee in the yard, snuggles on the couch.
