I've raised my Shih Tzu since she was a few weeks old, she is now 5 years old and very sweet. I got her potty trained ASAP, and we even learned a couple of fun tricks too! Before that, I helped with my family's dogs and cats for most of my life.

I have a fenced backyard at my home and live blocks from the dog park. If your dog is friendly I'm happy to give them the family treatment and board them at mine. Otherwise, I can easily fit their care into my schedule or house sit if needed.

My house has two dogs, mine and my brother's. My dog is a Shih Tzu and 4 years old, and Great is my brother's dog who is a rescue and very sweet.
A typical day
Wake up, feed the house, go to the park or morning adventure, and read for a bit. Then, back to the house for lunch and an afternoon adventure/park trip. Dinner and open access to the yard, circle back after evening activities.

Availability
I'm getting ready to move at the end of Summer, so I am packing mostly and getting things ready for that. Meaning, I spend lots of days at home and caring for my dog. We go to the park or on walks daily and often venture into the mountains for a hike. I'm flexible to schedule needs.
