Pet care experience
Animals have always been a major part of my life, from owning a small farm in MT where I humanely and organically raised chickens, pheasants, turkeys, ducks, goats and cows to now working as a veterinary assistant and currently working on my veterinary technician degree. I am very responsible, experienced and an excellent problem solver, along with having good animal sense. I will take care of your pets and home as if they were my own. I just recently moved to Parkersburg,IA from Washington State.

First time using Rover. Thankful we found Marnie on such short notice. She cared for our 2 labs for a week in our home. She gave daily updates and sent pictures of our relaxed, happy dogs. We will definitely use her again.

I do not have a fully fenced yard and would not be able to care for pets in my home. At your home I would follow your schedule and rules. In addition to animal care I can help with snow removal, lawn care, collecting mail, water plants, light cleaning etc.

Availability
I do work full time, with Wednesday afternoons and weekends off. I have learned you don't get into the animal care industry for money so it is necessary to find that side hustle to supplement the income. I would stay at your home in the evenings and days off. Depending on location, I can leave on my lunch break to let pets out for potty breaks if necessary. I exercise my dogs as often as possible, whether that be a leash walk or a fun game of find the glow in the dark ball. I do have my own 2 dogs and a cat I need to take care of and check on also.
