Worst experience I've had with a sitter on Rover by far. I booked Marnie for a few drop-in visits with my pup that I recently got and has potty and severe separation anxiety issues while myself and my fiancé both had to be out of the house. Marnie did not use the Rover card functionality to let us know when she started or stopped the visits, so we did not know if/when she arrived on the second day, as she also did not message to let us know. After messaging her, she did not respond until three hours after I had sent the message simply saying, "Yes... she didn't poop". When I tried to call her before she finally responded, her phone went straight to voicemail. Which just added to my concern about whether or not she had come to let our dog out, and if she was okay. When I let her know that we would like to cancel the rest of the scheduled visits as we are looking for better communication and responsiveness, she immediately became argumentative and manipulative. Trying to guilt us by saying our dog loves her (after meeting her 3 times) and that she doesn't know about her "parents' insanity". She does not know how to use the app. In addition to not knowing about Rover cards, she also did not know how to modify our booking and told me I would have to reach out to support to have them do it. Needless to say, I do not recommend booking Marnie if you need communication regarding your pets.
