I would never recommend Marleny to anyone. Rover & Marleny are both responsible. Under Rover's settings, there's an option to only show sitters who exclusively watch one animal per night. This was perfect for our dog, and I relayed this to Marleny, along with letting her know my dog can be aggressive to large dogs, and that we avoid meet and greets even while walking and just walk on the other side of the street to be on the safe side. Marleny agreed and said she may take a smaller dog but wouldn't have any large dogs. I thought her agreeing to smaller dogs was weird b/c I had specifically clicked on the option where only one animal per night was allowed, but our dog is fine with small dogs so I told her I'd prefer no dogs. Our meet time was 2 pm, as we were flying out the next day for the holidays. She asked to meet at 5 pm, and I said okay and adjusted my schedule. She then asked for me to drop Remi off at her sisters house at 5 pm and that she'd just bring him back to her house later in the evening (along with all of his things for the week). I told her I didn't want my dog to be hopping all over the place, especially in the first few hours of meeting Marleny. I ended up dropping him off at her house when she got back from her sisters at 7:30 pm, 5.5 hours after our original agreement. The first day, Marleny sent me a photo of Remi taking a walk with another large day. I asked her what was happening and she said they met on the walk and wanted to hangout. I told her I'm glad everything went okay but reminded her again to please not do any more meet & greets. Instead of agreeing, she told me not to worry and that everything was okay. Fast forward to the next day, she sends me another photo of my dog and in the corner of the picture I see the tail of the dog from the previous day. Now I'm thinking she is watching this large dog too. The next day, she sends me multiple photos of my dog including an additional large dog, who looked similar to my dog, which I think she sent by mistake. SO now she's watching three large dogs. When I go to pick him up, I see 4 other large dogs being walked outside by a few women, the 3 of which I saw in photos. I go inside and enter the foyer, which was cold and empty, except where they had my dogs belongings, and where it looked like he stayed. My dog is usually jumping with joy and very excited to see me, tail wagging etc., On that day, he had his tail and head down, scared and sad and the face he gave me I'll never forget. I don't know how many more dogs they had inside. They gave me back an empty food container, where at least 1x more week of dog food should have been. They should have given me back 1x can of wet food as well. As I walked my dog to the car, the other fourth dog (not seen in photos) was growling at my dog. I got my dog in the car and pulled up the street and watched the women bring all four large dogs back inside the same house. For the first 48 hours of returning home, my dog was shaking on and off, had diarrhea, and was so sad. He's still not the same but has warmed up a little. Even if your dog is as friendly as can be, they allow and encourage other dogs who were told can be aggressive to take walks together. I'm not sure if the multiple women who lived there all had accounts, but they should all be banned. I was worried my entire vacation about him and now I have a different dog, thanks a lot Marleny.

Marlene is an excellent dog sitter, she sometimes takes care of my sweet pet and is a salvation, she is a very reliable, attentive and responsible woman, I highly recommend her
