Bertie was very relaxed and happy when I picked him up. He had obviously been loved and well looked after. Marlena sent me lots of pictures of what Bertie was up to. he was treated like a member of her family.
Marlena looked after our dog Peggy. She was very communicative and allowed us to visit her home prior to the booking to introduce Peggy to her own dog. During the stay she provided lots of updates and photos which put our minds at rest. Peggy can be quite anxious but she came home relaxed and happy. We will definitely be booking with Marlena again.
