Pet care experience
I am 29 years old and have taken care of my personal pets since I was 8. Two cats, a Boxer and a Golden Retriever. I have experience with walking, bathing, long term sitting, and medication administration. I have also helped numerous friends with their pets. I have done a week long pet sit for a French Bulldog. I have also helped with walking a friend’s German Shepard. Amongst others as well. I am experienced with kittens, cats, puppies, and dogs (large & small breeds). *BOOKING Info: if NO walking is needed - only need a potty break & indoor play please book as “Drop in Visit”. If a walk is needed in addition to play time please book as “Walking Visit “ * Tips are greatly appreciated as they help cover the Rover fee percentage I’m charged per payment received. Thank you! :) I only offer walking & drop in visits at the owners home, so I will provide whatever the client needs. Walking, potty breaks, feedings, play time etc.

We are so fortunate to have found Marlena! Her updates were amazingly detailed and she quickly picked up on the different personalities and behavioral trends of the animals. They were all very happy to see her for their meals, potty breaks and butt scritches.

At client homes I follow any instructions they provide me, which normally includes taking the pets on a walk, then playing with them, giving them some pets & love. I always give fresh water, I will feed them meals if instructed to do so, along with any medications.

Females? -Any medical conditions? -does pet get along with other animals? People? -dietary restrictions or allergies? - If the dog walks well on leash? Pulls? Reactive to other animals and/or people? -If pet has any limitations to any activities due to age or injuries or medical conditions?
A typical day
For Walking visit: Long walks around owner’s neighborhood and some indoor play time with the dog’s toys to release energy. Plenty of pets and belly rubs! Fresh water will always be given. For Drop in Visits: pets will be taken out to owners yard for potty break, indoor play time, water will be given and if owner needs food to be given as well.

I’m currently in dental school full time, so I’m available in the evening during the week and available all day on the weekends. I do get quarterly breaks where I’m available full time
