Hello, my name is Marla and I am excited about doing doggy daycare at my home in Westford. I will play with, walk, care for, feed and love your dog like it was my own! I also enjoy spending time with simple training skills that you would like me to reinforce. If needed, I can bathe and brush your dog also. I have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play and explore. I have two easy going 50 lb dog that will love the company. I am very responsible and trustworthy. Marla is a dog lover at heart and gives the greatest care to her dog, Roxi. She would be a fantastic pet sitter or dog walker and often watches friends and family's dogs while they are away on vacation. I trust her to watch my dog often as she has invested much time and money into creating a dog friendly home with a big fenced in back yard for her dogs to play and spend a great deal of time taking her dog for walks and playing with her.

Let me know if your dog has any special allergies, food restriction or any other issues that I need to know about. Please bring your dogs bed and food bowls and their food and any special treats you would like them to have throughout the day.
A typical day
We get up in the morning, go outside for potty, eat breakfast, go outside again, have play time, snack time, do a little training and bonding,then we may have nap time or more play time depending on what each dog wants. I have lots of toys and chew bones for the younger dogs to engage in and lots of beds and couches for any tired dogs to snooze on. If the weather is nice and a dog prefers to be outside, I allow them to stay outside as long as I am in range of being able to see them and they are over 30 lbs. I have 3 raised beds in the sun outside and the back yard is the highest point in the neighborhood so the beds are a perfect view to be able to watch what’s going on and the dogs love it.

Availability
On the days I have dogs, I will typically do light housework during doggy downtime. If it is a nice day out, I will do some simple yard work outside while they play outdoors. The daily routine is outside in morning for potty and play. Then feeding time. Then some more inside and outside play time. If the dogs want to nap, they can. Then more inside and outside playtime until they are ready for another nap. It will depend on each dog and the mix of dogs that I have for the day. I stay involved in the play time as much as needed and i’m always close by watching and listening and taking pictures and videos.
