Pet care experience
I have been a dog lover since a young age. I grew up with two toy poodles and have always gravitated toward dogs. In many social situations, I will pay more attention to the dog in the room than the people around me! This has always made for a great conversation piece, so I tend to bond with the owner as well. I also have a puppy of my own named Ollie who I love dearly. Dogs always seem to gravitate toward me, and I have a lot of sitting experience now, so I believe the rest of the skills I that need to learn will come naturally! The building I currently live in is near plenty of parks and places to walk. There is even a built in dog run for fellow residents!

We booked Marla for the second time for dog sitting in our apartment since we were out of town for 10 days. First time was good. This time she accepted my request, told me she would have surgery but her father would take over after her surgery. That sounded good me. Got a text from her (6h time difference) that she couldn't open the gate last night (lock broken because of the frost, but you can open it from the inside), so our emergency contact took over that morning. Our emergency contact had to take over another evening because she got visitors. When we came home after the trip the hallway in the basement was covered with old dog poop. Not very responsible in my opinion - will never book her again!

Marla has watched our poodle and took such great care of her. Our dog really took to her and we could tell that Marla is a great lover of animals. I would highly recommend her to take care of anyone’s pets. She will treat them like they are her own.
