We've always had 2-4 dogs at home as pets. I've been helping with our dogs at home for around 12 years. When I was 13 I helped my Mom and sister care for a litter of 7 Doberman puppies over the summer. While I was at home I helped in taking care of our 3 Dobermans. My dad trained two of our Dobermans to find missing people and pets, and I have accompanied him many times when he goes out for training or on work calls. I have helped out family members a few times with their pets while they were out of town. My dog-related skills include feeding and providing water, taking care of any medications the dog may need, active outdoor interaction, and close monitoring. I am currently a freshman studying civil engineering at UNC Charlotte.
