To whom it may concern: I have known Mark Tilton for approximately 30 years as a friend and neighbor. In the past he agreed to walk and feed our pet dog, April who could be challenging at times when interacting with other dogs. Mark always did a wonderful job; dependable, kind and considerate.. Mark is a wonderful pet owner and caregiver who has experience looking after both dogs and cats for many decades. He has watched my chronically ill cat on several occasions and put me completely at ease with his attentive care, administration of medicine, and constant updates on her behavior.
