Pet care experience

I have taken care of healthy dogs and sick for over 30 years. A cat I was told would never come out from under the bed were sitting in my lap in less than a day. I am still in contact with all the people I have worked for and am assured they will back me up both for the care I provided and my character. My schedule is my own to make. I am easy going and good in an emergency. Let me help you any time. I have been in Dublin and Stephenville for almost 2 years and am actively involved in the community. I am currently available to house sit and nurse sick or dying animals. I live at the Mustang Ranch Apt's in Stephenville starting August 1ar. Until then I am in Dublin, TX. I am available for the next two weeks full time. I currently do not own a pet and can devote myself exclusively to taking care of your pets. I prefer taking care of your pets at your residence. I am trustworthy and have many local references. I am a member of a local church and have taken care of animals in Dublin, TX.

Mark bonded with Katie right away, and kept me abreast of how things were going while I was away from home. He was careful and respectful in my home, and I recommend him wholeheartedly to take care of your best friend.

Mark is one of my oldest friends, and he when he came to New York in 2018 I invited him to stay with me and my little papillon Foxy, under the must love dogs condition. He and Foxy became fast friends, and everyone was happy. Sadly, Foxy started showing signs of illness such as loss of appetite and restlessness, then one day while I was attending a class Mark noticed that she lost her balance. I was unreachable, so he made some calls and was preparing to take her to the closest emergency clinic on his own when I arrived back home. He went to the clinic with me and Foxy, and stayed by my side for what turned into an all night ordeal. She was diagnosed with cancer of the kidneys, and I was devastated. Since I had just started a graduate program he offered to extend his trip to help with her care, because that’s the kind of guy he is. I’m very grateful to him for his kindness, resourcefulness, and caregiving during a very difficult time. He’s absolutely trustworthy, loving, kind, and responsible, and I highly recommend him to look after anyone’s pets. Sincerely, Jennifer T.

Mark is wonderful with animals!. He took care of my 3 elderly cats and one dog over many times over a 2 year span. My dog especially really adored him, and would spin in circles whenever he saw him. Mark is reliable, prompt, and always followed my requests perfectly. One of my cats has health issues, and Mark was always very caring towards him. Highly recommend!!!

Mark is an excellent dog caretaker. We got a new puppy while my brother lived with us and her name was Mabel. She was a bulldog-like our then-current dog Akbar. Mark’s job was to walk all the dogs every day, to the dog park and play with them, that is, throw the ball or stick so they would run and fetch and get exercise. He was also responsible for feeding all three animals and keeping them separated because they sometimes fought over their food. I never worried while we were on holiday because I knew Mark was taking care of the dogs. Poor Akbar got sick and we found out he had liver cancer. Mark gave him his steroids every day and it helped for a while, but the day came for Akbar to go to the great big dog park in the sky. I asked Mark to take Akbar to the vet and he did, which was so sweet of him because he loved Akbar and it made him cry to have to put him down. He stayed away from home for a while so as not to upset his niece, Mookie. He also takes pretty good photos of dogs. I think all of them are up on the Rover site. He’s had a lot of experience with all kinds of dogs of all temperaments and of all levels of health. He can adapt and also do exactly what you tell him to do. I’d hire him in a minute.

Information Mark Richard B. would like to know about your pet

How does the dog get along with other animals, not just other dogs, but cats, and any other animals the dog might see during it's walks. I have walked very strong small dogs who pulled out of their leashes and want to know ahead of time if this is a possibility. Harley and Zupa responded to STOP!!! as per their master''s suggestion and I was easily able to get them back on their leaches. See Lou Kretal's testimony. Does your dog bite? I've taken care of a highly aggressive alpha dog and had no problem with him biting me, but he often snapped at those with certain characteristics i.e. men with hats. Tell me what triggers your dog. I can deal with it. See testimonials for details. Where does you animal like to be pet. All dogs are different. Sometimes ears are a good spot, sometimes ears are a do not touch. I can adapt to any animal's preferences. I've even taken care of a parrot that bit the heck out of me because of my lack of knowledge about what scared him. Let's be completely honest with one another.
