Mark was very accommodating. We had a meet & greet beforehand. He answered my questions & was very pleasant. My dog (Sadie) is a nervous wreck meeting new people at first. He assured me she would be fine & explained his daily routine. He had her for 3 days, and sent me updates, & a picture. Day of pickup, he & his beautiful wife (Oksana) gave me a gift (sticker of my Sadie). Wonderful couple, & I will surely have them watch Sadie my next out of town trip. Thank you!
