Pet care experience
I have always had two dogs my entire life and I just moved from NY so I need to fill that puppy loving void! I was also the go to person for friends and family for watching their own furry family members.

Came and met our ani.als beforehand to familiarize them to him (rather than jar them with a random person staying with them). Mark was kind with our 2 doxies and our kitty. He made sure their needs were met (within reason of course) and would contact us whenever something would arise. Mark was willing to take care of one of our guys meds (be sure to disclose first ?) and clean up when they had accidents. He went above and beyond for us and we can't thank him enough for making our first trip 'post-Covid' enjoyable as we weren't worried about the state of our animals. We would give him 10 stars if we could. ?
Mark is great with dogs. He is very loving and caring. I may be biased because I'm his Dad, but we have had 5 dogs over the past 20 years and he has been great with all of them. I would recommend him for your dog sitting needs.

I have experience with crating dogs and ones that hop up and crawl into bed for the night. I’d love to walk, hike, jog(not very fast haha) or do whatever your pup likes for exercise!

Please let me know if there are any special needs ahead of time. I am used to the crazy energy from border collies and I am more than willing to try and run your dog a couple miles on a trail of that is the energy they need to burn!
A typical day
Whether your dog wants to walk through the lush green of the Illahee preserve or would rather chase a ball into the Sound and swim some a bit, I am looking forward to making sure they get some good exercise and that they are happy doing so!

Availability
I am soccer coach with a decent amount of off time this summer. I work in the evening a couple of days a week and there are 3 or 4 weekends this summer I will be away. I have plenty of daytime availability!
