As a long time dog owner, I was encouraged to use rover after watching my friend use it for years. I will take responsibility for your pet when you need the assistance. I have a traditional 40 hour a week M-F job in some instances I can squeeze in a mid day break for an animal. I walk my own dog daily. With my own pets, they take medications daily and are on a regular schedule with walking and going outside to potty. I match the owners schedule to provide that same structure to your pet.
