I got my first dog when I was 12. I have owned and cared for dogs of all sizes for 38 years. I currently have a German Shepherd, a Chihuahua mix, and a tuxedo cat. I couldn't imagine life without my pets and I appreciate how important it is to have them well cared for when I am gone. I will take care of your pets like they were my own. I am currently working from home, so I have a very flexible schedule for walks or pet sitting at your house. I can do walks Monday-Friday and on weekends. I can come to you to for walks or to spend quality time with you dog or cat during the day while you are away, but I am not able to stay overnight as I have my own two dogs at home. As a lifelong dog and cat owner, I am experienced in caring for pets. I can follow any special diet your dog or cat needs. I crate trained my German Shepherd and can crate your pet as needed.

Mark watched my dog for almost 2.5 weeks straight, coming 3x a day. He was incredibly communicative and reliable and really seemed to care for my pups. I felt She was in good hands while I was out of the country- he brought me such peace of mind that I was able to really enjoy my trip. The daily pictures and write ups were much appreciated- thank you Mark!!
I would highly recommend Mark. My regular dog sitter wasn’t available for an upcoming trip, so I reached out Mark on short notice. He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and understanding of my dogs grievances. She is a bit aggressive with introductions in new strangers so I was a nervous about a new person watching her. But Mark was steadfast in his efforts to try to win my pups over, and ultimately did. The pictures and updates daily were great, and he was very accommodating to the visit schedule. I am definitely going to use him again. Thank you Mark!!

A typical day
I love to give a varied experience to the dogs I walk. I will take different routes to keep them stimulated and engaged. I will also work on reinforcing any training you are doing. I have found after you let them get some energy out is a good time to work on training.
