UM Med Student and Corgi Dad

Pet care experience

Hi everyone! I am the proud owner and dad to King the corgi, who changed my life when he entered my life last year as a 10 week old puppy. I have had the pleasure of raising King from early puppyhood to the well trained, obedient adult dog that he is today! He’s excited to meet all of your wonderful doggos and be a welcoming and accommodating host! I also added a second corgi named Sasha to my family last year. I am currently a 4th year from medical school, and conducting interviews from home so my weekly schedule to sit your wonderful dogs! I am usually home in the late afternoons and early evenings and most weekends. I live in a 4 bedroom apartment that is a 5 minute walk away from Broadway dog park and 2 minutes walk away from the University of Michigan Diag. My dog King loves other dogs. He was raised with a goldendoodle from puppyhood and I prioritized intense socialization, both with people of all backgrounds and dogs as well. Any dogs that stay with me would have King as a buddy and as an active dog owner, your dog would join King and I when we go on adventures around Ann Arbor and especially to Broadway dog park, which is minutes away from my apartment! I have very flexible availability the next year or so. My weekends are completely open as are my weeks days. I have a car so I can house sit, do pick ups and drop offs, and take dogs to the different dog parks around town! I live in a 3 story apartment in a 4 unit home with a large private yard. Lots of room and space for doggos to get adequate exercise!

Mark took great care of my dog on a 10-day stay. He got all the cuddles he wanted, which is a lot! Great communication too. Definitely recommend.

Mark (and his pups ) took great care of our two year old goldendoodle. He was exhausted by the time we picked him up so we know he had plenty of activity. Really appreciate the quick responses as well as pictures of Lloyd throughout his stay. Thanks!
