I had never used Rover and I can’t say enough about how great Mark is! My father died last year and his last words were to take care of his dog. “Blue” refused to eat and walk and I was so worried. Knowing the story Mark performed a miracle basically by connecting with her through kindness and cuddling and true caring. He got down on the ground and speaks to her and she squeals when he comes to the door. My mom is unable to walk her so it makes her day to see Blue so happy again. It’s been a year now and he’s been reliable, responsible and great in every way! Mark is THE BEST 💙

I wanted to leave a follow up review. Still so glad we found Mark! He’s so calm, patient, and caring. Exactly what our girl needs, and she’s always so excited to see him. Thank you for taking such good care of her. We all really appreciate you!
