Pet care experience
I have owned several dogs, mainly golden retrievers in the past. Outside of Rover, I already walk a couple of dogs for friends, a lively labradoodle and an ageing labrador. So I have a broad experience in looking after dogs.

Mark has been so good with our greyhound and Bichon Frise , walking them on a weekly basis. Mark is kind , thoughtful and trustworthy.
Mark spent an hour dropping in and looking after my two dogs. He followed all instructions and took them out for a walk, gave them treats and company and they seemed happy on my return. We would happily have him come and help out again :)
Mark was really good from our initial meeting , calm and approachable . Our dogs took to him straight away . We would certainly use Mark again .
We’ve never left our dog with anyone other than family until Mark. We trust him completely and know our dog will be safe and well cared for. Mark understand our dog and is patient and in control. Our dog is always delighted to see Mark and we know he has a great time with him. Mark is very reliable and communicates well when organising timetables, he’s flexible and goes out of his way to accommodate any additional requests. Mark is genuine and dependable, professional and above all - clearly loves and understands dogs.

I have taken care of a senior dog who required extra attention and care, as well as a special diet and regular oral medication. If your dog has any special needs, please let me know at the outset so I can discuss with you how best to meet their needs.
A typical day
I am happy to just walk your dogs, but equally happy to play with them if need be. I will throw a ball or their favourite equivalent toy. I love taking dogs to the beach and enjoy paddling with them. If time allows, I’d be happy to take them further afield for woodland walks or other.

I’m in between permanent work at the moment so can be flexible. I’m happy to look after your pet any day except Sundays as I go rowing then.
