Pet care experience
I have over 13 years experience looking after dogs. From walking dogs while owners are at work to doggy day care for those who wish to have company all day for their pets. Then there is home boarding for pets who need somewhere to stay (and don't like kennels) while their owners are on holiday. We Luckily have a large garden for them to roam around and play area to the bottom of the garden which includes a tunnel and mounds to run over and through.

Chewie had stayed with Mark before and you can tell he and his family really care and look after the dogs that stay with them. Chewie always comes back tired which is a sign he's had a good time.
Mark looked after our pup dexter for a week whilst we were away. I was sent updates and photos showing how happy dexter was when he was there. Dexter came back happy and tired from his week of nonstop play! Would highly recommend!
They looked after Lottie well, administered her monthly fleas/worms and sent a couple of photos to reassure me.
Barney is always keen to go in and tired when he leaves, so works for me!

We are cage free, however we do understand that these are often needed when you are house training and sometimes dogs do prefer to still sleep in them or feel safe in them when training is over. If you wish to bring their cage as you know they will settle quicker when they are boarding please do.

If you have a male thats not been neutered sorry we cannot accept until this has been done. We find that dogs that have been neutered do stand upto unneutered dogs to a extent of sometime showing teeth an growling and not wanting anything to do with them. Also unneutered dogs likes to leave there scent ( urine) around the house when other males are around ( even the ones who never do it at home ). I sure you can understand this makes for a smelly wee smelling home which is unhygienic.
A typical day
Plenty of socialising with other dogs. Local walks along canals and local nature reserve. Play time in the garden weather permitting. The door to the garden is often left open for them to come and go as they wish

Sleeping is usually in the kitchen/diner , however we must admit to being soft in winter when we have let them stay in the living room when it's really cold where the multi stove keeps them nice and warm.
