Coco was vrey content at Mark's house - he took great caare of her and sent us pictures while we were on our trip. Mark will be our "go-to"sitter from now on Brig and Erika

My husband and I were going to visit his family overseas for 1 month. Mishmish, our pomeranian is like a child so finding someone to care for him like we do was very important. I found Mark on Rover and before I even had a meet and greet with him, he was being very helpful with some of the website issues. We all went over to meet Mark and Buddy in their home and it was great - Mark is very pleasant and clearly cares about animals. He allowed Mishmish to roam and get comfortable with the surroundings. We felt very comfortable leaving Mishmish with Mark and Buddy. Mark kept in constant touch with me via emails and photos - that was very comforting. Mishmish was being a rascal at times - probably due to seperation anxiety and Mark reached out to me and we solved things together via email. It is important to keep the "Parent" involved in order to help so that there is minimized stress to all involved. When we picked Mishmish up all was great - he looked very happy and well cared for - its apparent he cares.... I would not hesitate using Mark again - and Buddy too!
