Mark and Corrie exceeded my expectations. I hadn't used anyone but family before and was a little nervous on my dogs getting the attention and love that we give them. Mark and Corrie were great at communicating and when they did, I could tell that they were spending time with them, playing with them, and got to know their personalities based on what they shared with me. I treat my dogs like they are my kids and felt like Mark and Corrie gave the same level attention and love that I do. As proof of what I thought... my dogs didn't show any signs of stress or anxiety when we got home (it's as though we didn't even leave them). I highly recommend Mark and Corrie and will definitely be using them again.
I can’t say enough about how great they were with Isabel and attentive to her needs as an older dog. They have a great setup with the yard to allow the dogs out, but keeping them safe. They were excellent with communication and I will definitely be booking again.
They were so awesome and accomodating and took amazing care of our Maggie! Would definitely recommend them!
Mark and Corrie were wonderful with our dog! Their have such a great set up at their home, with part of their yard fenced in just for dogs. They took great care of Otis and even sent an update to let us know how things were going. They were very attentive to his needs and were kind and friendly with us. We will definitely be taking our dog back!

We have been trained in behavior recognition to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests as well as our own dogs. In the event we have multiple guests, we group dogs by age, size, and/or energy level to enhance the experience for each guest.

Information Mark & Corrie P. would like to know about your pet
Let us know if your dog has special needs we should be aware of to ensure a fun and safe stay at Talley's House. You supply their food and any medications needed. If you think it will help them adjust, you can bring a blanket or something small with the scent of home. Any adult dogs that are not spayed or neutered will be handled on a case by case basis. There may be a price adjustment in a couple of circumstances: 1) If a giant dog requires extra space, we will charge as if there are 2 dogs from the same house; 2) If a female dog is in heat during their stay at Talley’s House, there will be an extra charge of $200.
A typical day
Several times a day, we engage in activities that stimulate their prey drive (fetch, tug-of-war...), play drive (playtime with Talley our 11 yr old goldendoodle and Ozzy our 6 month old newfydoodle), and work on training behaviors as appropriate.

Availability
We have a dedicated, fenced exterior play area as well as a climate controlled interior space that includes a common play space and individual space for times when they need a break. We work from home so there will be plenty of human interaction, play time, and bathroom breaks for our guests. We have experience with all ages and types of dogs.
