This was the first time I've left twelve-year old, twelve pound "special needs" Kaedee with anyone but family or friends. I was initially concerned she might be overwhelmed by larger dogs, or by a puppy, in particular. Mark invited us to a meet & greet ahead of time, which greatly helped to put me at ease. Mark introduced each dog to Kaedee, one at a time. They all got along fine! Kaedee adapted very well to the doggy household, and the puppy didn't object at all when Kaedee took over his bed (he slept on his back beside her on the floor!). I especially appreciated breakfast and nighty-night photos, and pictures of Kaedee just generally fitting in with the family (i.e. watching tv on the couch). The outdoor facility is exceptionally clean, and SAFE. I am grateful that Mark kept in touch throughout Kaedee's four night stay, and would not hesitate to leave her again.

Mark was available at short notice, and took amazing care of our shy girl. She came home happy and relaxed, and the photos he sent during our stay showed a happy pup! We’re VERY selective of who takes care of our pup, and Mark is top notch!!
