Mark took excellent care of my dog Hendrix while I was away for the weekend. Being brand new to rover.com, I was somewhat apprehensive about leaving Hendrix with a stranger. After reaching out to Mark, he helped to guide me through the process and was prompt in setting up a meet-and-greet with him and his dog, Bodhi. Mark asked a lot of good questions and was extremely flexible with pick ups and drop offs. He kept us updated with great pictures of Hendrix throughout his stay. I felt completely comfortable with Mark and will definitely reach out to him again to care for Hendrix!

Thor has stayed with Mark twice now and both experiences have been great! Mark has always been super flexible with our schedule and always makes sure Thor has lots of doggy friends to play with during his stay! He always comes back tired from all the fun play time which hasn't always been the case with some of our previous dog sitters (and is a big bonus for us!) Thor usually is anxious when he is away from home but not when he stays here! We definitely recommend Mark!!
