I think you are either a dog person or a cat person and we are definitely DOG people. We have both grown up in dog households - labradors and then german shepherds and for the last 12 and half years had our own labrador dog called George. We lost him in August and have a huge gap in our lives which would like to fill by offering our home or our time (or both) to another dog or dogs. We work from home so will be with your dog most of the time and because there are two of us, there is no need for your dog to be alone. We walked our dog twice a day (without fail) for 12 and half years and miss the sense of companionship and freedom you feel being out with a dog. Your dog could not be in safer hands as we willl offer our love, cuddles and care as if they were our own. We regularly look after my sisters GSP and recently welcomed "Charlie" - a Golden poodle for a week whilst our friends were on holiday. I am sure he would give us a 5 star review! We also look after our son's ridgeback so have experience with different breeds. We tend to walk on Southampton common which is a short drive from us or else the New Forest. Mark is also a runner if your dog fancies some marathon training! We live in a ground floor apartment with direct access to our garden (mixture of patio and grass).
