Pet care experience
Hi there! I recently graduated with my MSW from the University of Pennsylvania, and I’m currently staying at home to care for my mother full-time. I absolutely loveeee working with dogs, and I’ve had a variety of pet dogs who my family fostered growing up: Skippy (Bichon-frisée), Chino (Shitzu), Peggy (Chihuahua) and Paxton (standard Goldendoodle). I treated them all like my own, which required a lot of patience and learning. Now I love to go on walks with my new dog friends, or go to the park and run around in circles! I like to stick to whatever their schedule and I’m always on high alert when we’re out and about, so your furry friend will be safe with me! I also have a pet cat that may stay in a separate room or roam around on certain days, so please be aware of that before booking!

Marjorie was wonderful with Monsoon, she was caring and patient and easily handled his wild puppy energy. Even her adorable cat was sweet with him! It was a great experience for his first time boarding.
Poncho loves Marjorie!! She took excellent care of him and sent us pictures. He settled in quickly with her. We will definitely work with Marjorie again!

Marjorie was absolutely wonderful with our 1.5yr old pup. If I could do 10/10 I would. Being our first time boarding, we were nervous about Miley getting the care, attention we wanted and did not want her to be left alone in a kennel all day. While searching large boarding facilities around the area, we saw extra fees like for “play time” or to “ tuck in at night”. I just didn’t seem reasonable to us. Marjorie responded quickly, always updated us with pictures. Miley had a great time:)

We can go on walks around the neighborhood, or we can relax in the living room and listen to some music. We could also take a mini trip to the park across the street and play some frisbee or just run around until we need a break!

My schedule is flexible because I’m staying at home and caring for my mom. I like to get an early start in the morning and stick to a routine throughout the day.
