I'm Marjorie - a 27 year old with a 5 year old golden retriever named Gypsy and a new addition: a 5 year old boxer named Mr. Tibbs! I've had dogs all of my life and some might say that I'm a little obsessed with mine, so I'll definitely show that love and care when it comes to your pets! I am available to stay at your house or to go feed and take your dog (or dogs) out most weekends and sometimes during the week. Feel free to message me about my availability. Marjorie was very sweet with our bloodhound, Cleveland. We were very nervous having a sitter, but we knew that we did not want to board her, since she is older and preferred being at home. Marjorie came a few times a day and walked her, played, and fed her. Cleveland was a happy dog when we came home and we will definitely be using Marjorie again when we go out of town.
I felt extremely comfortable leaving my puppy, Leia, with Marjorie! I was going on vacation and it was my first time leaving Leia with someone other than a family member. Marjorie sent me updates and photos of Leia often to ease my anxiety. Leia was definitely in good hands while I was away. I would highly recommend Marjorie to anyone looking for a pet sitter. Marjorie watched my golden retriever, Maylee, while I was out of the country for a week. This was the first time I had ever left my baby with someone other than family and she understood that. I wasn't able to call or text, so Marjorie complied and emailed me pictures and updates of Maylee the whole time I was gone. I felt completely at ease with Marjorie watching my baby girl!
I can't think of a more loving dog owner than Marjorie. Gypsy is all she wanted for college graduation. They have lived in Athens and Evans, Georgia and now are in Charlotte. Marjorie has taken care of Gypsy through two surgeries for congenital knee problems. She and Gypsy are best pals.

I have had dogs all of my life, both well-behaved and wild dogs. I got my own puppy when I graduated from college and trained her myself. She's a happy, goofy dog who has sadly had two knee surgeries already. I take care of her physical therapy and walk her as often as I can. I'm a pretty active person myself and love being active with dogs.
