I grew up taking care of my family dog a playful rat terrier, my 2nd dog was a Beagle who I loved very much, right now I have a 4-year-old BT who is the kindest most welcoming dog I ever had and a 1 year old loving Persian cat who loves to be around cats, dogs, and people 🫶

Fantastic! Marita took great care of Claire and she had a little buddy as well. I got lots of pictures. I wasn’t sure she was going to want to come home at the end!
Marita has been a god-send for me and my dog, Siggy. She has made a more normal life possible for me, and has brought sweet love and attention to Siggy. It only took a few minutes for Siggy to figure out that Marita is kind and trustworthy. Siggy had a history of barking (beagle), so this was great news. NOW, when I walk by Marita's place, Siggy wants to stay there! She tries for several minutes before she accepts her lot in life (living with me, dogsitting by Marita). Highest Recommendation!
Marita was very caring with our little Chewbie, treated him like his own! Communication was very clear and I loved receiving the sweet photo updates.

There is a small patio in our condo and a playful loving 4-year-old Pooch to keep your dog company and entertained. We prefer crate-trained dogs in case are needed. I usually keep our guests separated from my cat but our guests must be used to cats in the house to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Please share any special needs your pet has or behaviors, my preference is for pets that get along with other dogs and cats since I have one of each in my own house, both of my pets get along and are friendly with others. As well we kindly ask owners to keep their own pets' nails trimmed as we do with ours. Note: Vaccines are up to date and Antinflea medication is needed to stay in our home. We take the safety of all pets seriously.
A typical day
I love to go on walks around the neighborhood or Dog park to let the dogs run and play with others, play fetch or just enjoy a little bit of sunshine.

I work partially from home which makes it easy to host cat-friendly dogs in our home with plenty of time to take them on walks and potty breaks during the day.
