Pet care experience
I have four dogs of my own, one of whom is 16 years old and still taking walks every day! All of my dogs are kept separate from borders. We have lots of room and different housing arrangements depending upon the pups' needs. Your dog will stay in the house with us, and our kitchen opens into a fenced back yard. We will follow your directions about feeding, exercise, sleeping arrangement and meds if needed. If you want your pup to have room to run our acreage is all fenced and can be allowed to explore under supervision. I'm a psychologist and my husband works at home so your pup will never be home alone.

Couldn’t be happier! Marita was so kind and totally made me feel comfortable leaving our 4 month old puppy with her. You can tell that not only Marita but her whole family genuinely care about the animals in their care. They also have have the perfect set up and such a beautiful spot for your pets to run around. I know our puppy enjoyed her stay!:)
Marita and her family are dog people. Marita sent pics of what they were doing and comments on how my dog was behaving. I think they liked him as her husband remarked as we were leaving from pickup that maybe they should get a breed like him. Thanks Marita!
Marita and her family did a great job watching our dog, Kaiser. Our dog had such a great time that I wasn't sure he'd want to come back home with us ;-) I appreciated the daily photo and update very much and will be using Marita again.
Hello. Marita is my best friend and is the kindest most empathetic person I know. Over the years she has rescued many dogs and either adopted them or found a good home for them. In addition, her husband and children love pets and dogs and have a natural way with dogs where they are happy and safe with them. Their own pets are nurtured and well cared for as well as being well-mannered. Should you choose to have your dog kenneled with Marita, he or she would receive the best, loving, safe, and nurturing care available. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.
