Marissa was fantastic and highly recommend! First, she met with us to make sure everyone was a good fit. We instantly loved her and her background and experience in veterinary care was a huge plus with our dogs needs (1 on meds, and 1 post operation). Marissa watched our 3 dogs over the weekend and stayed at our home while we were away. She updated every day via text and send us lots of pics letting us rest easy knowing the dogs were loving their new special friend. Marissa is super responsive, followed our directions for care and allowed us to enjoy our trip. We will be using her again and highly recommend her to take care of your pets!
Marissa is incredible! Super communicative, on time, easy going, and understanding. Best of all, she was able to engage my scaredy cat who typically doesn’t come out for strangers, but he came out for her and even finished his dinner, which is rare for him. He really likes to hide, but Marissa knew that if she was patient enough, he would warm up to her quickly. She sent lots of photos throughout and replied quickly. I highly recommend her and have already booked her for our next vacation. Thank you Marissa!

This differs per pet & service. I always ask for a typical day rundown from the pet parent so I can follow that schedule as closely as possible. I want the animals to feel comfortable & I feel that when they are following their usual activities & routine, they are less stressed & overall happiest!
