Pet care experience
I have always loved animals, ever since I was a kid. When I was just 10 years old, I trained our new 3 month old puppy myself by watching training videos and reading books. I have always lived with animals whether that is a cat, dog and even bunny rabbits! My friends and family use me as their go to sitter as they know their furry friends will be loved and taken care of with ease of mind while they are away. I currently own a 2 year old German Shepherd that I rescued at 2 months and helped nurture back to full health. He is my best friend and I genuinely enjoy spending time with all animals.

I do not trust anybody with my two dogs and I will not board them so finding Marissa was a godsend! Whenever I am away or working late my mind is at ease knowing that she is there with them or will show up on time to care for them when I’m unable to. Marissa treats my dogs like her own, she’s gentle, patient, loving, and extremely reliable. I leave specific instructions and she always follows them to a T and always goes above and beyond. She keeps in touch to let me know how they are doing and will send me updates as often as I need. At this point, my dogs get more excited to see her than they do me! I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for somebody to care for their animals!

A typical day
I love being active with dogs and having fun adventures with them. There is a beautiful park right next to my house with a lake that I enjoy going for walks around as it is perfect amount of shaded, sunny, and away from any potential dangers such as a busy road. I love playing games, whether that be throwing a ball or running around together.
