This was my first time ever leaving My Babies with someone else… so I was nervous but I felt comfortable because she said she worked at a veterinarians office part time but was off that week. The plan was for me to take my dogs to her house so I could see where they were staying and they could meet her 12 week old Great Dane the day of drop off… she came up with an excuse 20 mins before, and said she was out shopping and it would be more convenient to pick my dogs up at my house… it sounded very shady, my boyfriend told me something didn’t sound right, but it was so last minute and I had no one else to watch my dogs, and so I took a chance….. she came to my house and was very nice, I asked her for her address, and she said she would text it to me, which she never did ….I let her know again, I never kennel my dogs and I am home with them all day long and I wanted to be reassured that they would never be kenneled. She agreed… and she drove off. As soon as I left town on the airplane, she changed her story! All of a sudden she said she was going to have to work and told me my dogs would be kenneled 10 hours a day! I ended up contacting Rover, because she would not respond to my messages. I was 800 miles away and could do nothing. Rover finally got in contact with her, and it was set up through the police station for her to return my babies, to my sister who drove 3 hours to pick them up! She had nothing to say, and sat there while the police and my sister got my dogs in their belongings out of her vehicle. My babies were so scared and timid, be careful who you trust! This girl is definitely not who she claims to be!

I would say Marissa is very kind and loving with pet. I came into town to have my baby. Marissa asked what was I to do with my dog while I was in the hospital? I told her I was not to sure. She offered her services to watch my baby Jr the dog. I absolutely loved when she watched him for me. She would send me pics all spoiled n cuddle up with her. Or his favorite thing going on walks. I loved when I called she answered and could answer all the question I had for her about jr. She made sure to call or text me if she had any questions which I loved that. My dog does not do well with thunderstorms and I left her exact instructions about what to do with him incase she encountered bad weather . She was willing to listen and take my notes that I left on what to do with the dog when there is a storm.
