My name is Marissa, i work from home full time as a human resource employee. I am 25 years old and have had dogs my entire life! I also can take care of all types of animals, anywhere from hamsters to pigs & chickens. I am dedicated into knowing more about animals and to love them as much as their owners! I’ve had numerous types of dogs going from rotts and pit bulls to chihuahua. I currently own my soulmate of a cat, he is my pride and joy! Marissa was an excellent babysitter. She took good care of my Primadonna for babies. I was very impressed with her skills and her ability to give them all the attention that they needed. Marissa is the absolute best and truly went above and beyond for us. She is the first sitter we hired through Rover and we were not disappointed. She was even willing to meet our pups twice before actually sitting them. And not to mention when our dog pulled the leash out of the ground to run towards our neighbors dog she handled the situation like a boss and even got ahold of me to let me know what happened and that she had everything under control. Really looking forward to having her sit our dogs again, it was honestly the best experience ever. Thanks girl!!?

When it comes to dogs, I respond to their energy levels. If they want to play, we play until I know they are tired! Walks? Sure thing! Hikes? If you trust in me to do so, I would love to! Cats I make sure get energy out, my little man has a lot of energy so we dedicate a lot of play time! I make sure he has interactive TV time with squirrels and birds, since he is an indoor cat
