There has never been a point in my life without a furry or feathered family member. I have years of experience from miniature dachshunds, to mastiff mixes, to hyper shepherds, and playpull pitbulls. At my apartment I love up our cats, hamsters, mice, conures, and aquatic friends, and on the weekends help my parents with their five larger than life dogs. I don't mind timid dogs or dogs that pull. I go at your dogs' pace, even if they're older and really do want time to sniff the flowers. Regarding exotics: I've been raised on what some consider non-traditional pets. If you need someone to drop in and care for your baby, don't be afraid to ask if I have experience with them. Personally I've have or had: garter snakes, leopard geckos, mice, hamsters, rabbits, preying mantis, finches, conures, cockatiel, tortoises, turtles, dwarf frogs, and plenty of fresh water fish.
