She has no-showed twice for walks/drop ins. I do believe she genuinely felt bad about it and is great with dogs and a good person, but reliability is important. I gave her a second chance after the first no-show. Both times I found out late in the day when I got back in cell service that she never let my dog out, much less walked him. Fortunately both days were not so long he had an accident in the house, but could have been if I had issues at work making my day longer. I think she loves dogs and is great with them but the lack of reliability is a big problem.

Marissa was wonderful!! Our dog Harley had so much fun playing with her dogs. Marissa took him for lots of runs and walks. She sent us daily updates and pictures. We will definitely use Marissa again- Harley had so much fun!!
