Pet care experience
I’ve always taken care of dogs for my brothers, friends and friends of friends. People typically ask me and rely on me because they know how much I love dogs! I love spoiling dogs and meeting their needs :) I’ll take them on long walks and play dates at the park and they’ve usually been patient with me when I’ve had to give them baths after long days out. My family and friends continue to ask me whenever they need someone to watch their dog(s) and I love it every time!

Marissa is kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Even though our pup Sonny has been experiencing a bit of separation anxiety lately, she took real good care of him and made him feel comfortable. She also took him to his favorite place Prospect Park and kept us updated with photos. Thanks Marissa!

Marissa was absolutely wonderful with my dog and so understanding of his various quirks and needs. I’d actually never left my dog with someone other than friends or family before leaving him with her, and it was so hard for me to trust he’d do okay in the care of someone new. With Marissa, he did great, and I can’t thank her enough!

I live by myself in a one bedroom apartment with a fenced private backyard! I’ve had dogs stay with me before and they’re always excited about the backyard! I typically let dogs sleep in the bed with me and have lots of room for them to explore the apartment. I also never leave food on the floor or out on the counters - just a personal habit of mine but I’ve found that it’s helpful when taking care of pets!

My schedule is really flexible. I currently work from home all 5 days and I have a backyard for quick and easy potty breaks. I also go on a walk first thing in the morning to get some fresh air and once in the afternoon just to get some extra steps in or run some errands.
