I found out the couple wouldn’t be able to care for my puppy the night before after they had agreed to do so - after I tried to confirm so they never even reached out to me and let me know on their own. That is not professional in my opinion and was very inconvenient for planning. Of the half day they did take care of my puppy, she probably didn’t get enough play time as she was really hyped for a while when I picked her up as she gets tired out if she plays for even half hour in the afternoon. They also didn’t follow my instruction about her potty breaks - I told Marissa about it on drop off and found out on pick up with jay that she had accidents but he did not pick up signs that I had told them that my pup would give to need potty breaks. Either way, thanks for taking care of her for a short time. And I was able to get a refund for the day they agreed but couldn’t take care of her
