Pet care experience
I started providing pet care when I was 16 and have had a variety of experiences since! Anywhere from dogs to cats to rats I have loved all my time spent with animals. I truly love getting to know each and every pet and hope to be able to do that more through my experiences here on Rover 🙂

Marissa has watched our aging dogs and is very comfortable with their special needs. She is professional, prompt, and loving to all pets. She's has experience dog sitting others' pets as well as having her own pets--she's the only one we call when we need dog sitting. She is kindhearted towards our dogs and responsible with multiple pets. We never worry when our dogs are in her care--Marissa texts pictures and updates when caring for our dogs. I find it important to know any and all health conditions or special quirks that your pets may have! I find all details important regardless of how small. The more I know about your pets the better I’m able to bond and care for them.
A typical day
I plan on taking the pets I care for to the park or for a walk depending on both your and your pets preferences. I would be sure to get all the playtime in as well :) Lastly, I believe taking the time to relax with your pet is incredibly important in getting them to trust and be comfortable around you.
