Young energetic animal lover
Pet care experience
I started taking care of neighbor animals at the age of 10. People relied on me to feed, walk, and play with their animals. I’ve watched dogs that are 5lbs and ones that are over 100 lbs.

Safety, trust & environment
My animals are my children. I’m constantly trying to learn new ways to stimulate them in different ways. When it’s warm outside I will throw food in the yard and have the dog sniff for it. He loves this game. The cat uses some of the dogs puzzle games for extra stimulation. We have nightly cuddles on the couch.

Information Marissa G. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your animal has any special needs or diets. I like to know the animals favorite toys and ways to play. It’s important that I know of any behavior issues an animal has. This will prevent someone or another animal from getting hurt.
A typical day
Activities will depend on what the dog I’m watching likes. My dog loves to be chased, so I’ll chase him around a field or inside the house. One dog I sat for recently, wanted to play tug all day so we played tug. My favorite places to walk are University of Arkansas’s campus, lake Fayetteville, and the trails of Crystal bridges.

Availability
I work full time, but I have a pretty flexible schedule. At least two days a week I work from home. Most weekends I’m in town and available to take care your fur baby.
