Hello! I’m Marissa, a 33 year old who absolutely adores animals! I have grown up with many cats and dogs and have looked after many of my friend’s animals - walking, feeding, and enjoying playtime. I am a responsible and communicative individual who enjoys caring for each animal and will help put your mind at ease. I’m an excellent pet cuddler and care giver. Whether it’s popping into play and feed or an overnight stay, I am happy to help! I know how much your pet means to you so will keep you updated with lots of pictures.

Marisa is a wonderful dog walker. She's extremely reliable and flexible. My dog loves his walks with her, and I feel fortunate to have someone who can accommodate my work schedule and who is available on an as needed basis as well.
Marissa watched our dogs when we went skiing. We felt totally comfortable leaving them with her! They had a great time at her house and she sent us pictures of their day. She was incredibly nice and we will definitely reach out again!!
Marissa was amazing! As a first time user of Rover, I was not familiar with the process. Marissa explained the steps to follow and accepted my booking even though it was very short notice. She even made sure to fit in a visit prior to the dog walking dates to make sure Shadow and I were comfortable. Shadow was well taken care of and I could tell from the various pictures Marissa provided, he was enjoying his time with her! I would not hesitate to book Marissa again in the future!! Five stars!!!
Marissa has been a wonderful dog walker. She is very good with Jonah, and he loves seeing her. Marissa is very reliable and always sends pictures and updates. I feel relieved that Jonah is in such good hands when I have to work in the office and leave him at home for the day.

I have a large open yard with plenty of space to run and play! There is a lake below our property which is perfect if they enjoy a dip. I also have a large living area with cozy rugs to relax on. Be assured any animal in my home will be well looked after and loved like my own.

A typical day
I love working to stimulate your dog both physically and mentally. We will play games outside in the yard, wade in the lake if they like and take in the many smells around them.

Availability
I currently work at a school and have availability after 3:30 pm in the week and occasional weekend availability. If it’s school vacation, then I am usually available all day. During summer school, I am available on Fridays all day (summer school runs from July 5 - August 29th) If you’re in need of a last minute sitter, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
