Pet care experience
I was born and raised with cats, and taken care of new born kittens since the age of 12. At the age of 17 I found my now 15yr old staffy who I raised since she was 8 weeks old. I go on 1.5-2 mile walks with my dog as she can handle them(which is typically daily). I have been a go to for friends and family as a pet sitter for extended periods of time. Friends have also trusted me to help give and/ or apply medication to their elderly & disabled pets. My child has grown up knowing how to respect the boundaries set by animals and is a great snuggle buddy

Marissa and her family were patient and kind with Edison while in their care. They took time to meet us in advance learn about his routine and needs while I was out of town. They even gave him his own quiet space to help decompress. Thank you!
Marissa was amazing! First she was super accommodating because we ended up having a couple of schedule changes and every time she was able to adjust her time so that she could be with our dog, Oakley. She also just did a wonderful job with Oakley! We received pictures throughout the day and she was sure to keep us updated with everything. I could not recommend Marissa enough to other pet owners!
Marissa is amazing with pets, my 80lb pitbull who thinks she's a baby, just melts when she is being cared for by Marissa. She is loving and warm to my giant lovable beast (chaos). Marissa has the patience and knowledge to care for your fur babies. Highly recommended!
Marissa is an excellent pet owner, between the elderly pitbull and the hamsters, she always provides them what they need. She is very loving and playful with them. She has had a cat, hamster, and rabbit in the past and took great care of them also.

I have a fenced yard with one fur baby thats always open to welcome a friend. We allow anyone who fits to sit on the couch and the more the merrier for bed time. We always have snacks, and time to walk them off. When visiting others homes, on top of walking or just loving on the house pet(s),I am sure to clean up any dog waste/litter boxes that need tending to. I am happy to water plants indoor and our, and check mail.

A typical day
We will go out for daily walks and have time for feyhc with the ball. On weekends we spend time at the off leash park and beaches.
