I've been taking care of the pets for family and friends since I was in high school. Cats, dogs (pits included) and even guinea pigs! Hello! I’m a recent Marist graduate with a degree in Psychology working as a TA with the Arlington School District! Since it is now summer vacation, my schedule is opening up! As of right now I work 8-5 on Saturdays, and 8-3:15 during the calendar school year, but other than that I have plenty of time to love your pups! I still live at home so I am unable to care for your fur babies in my home, but whatever rules you may have in yours I will work with! I can crate, walk, play, and give all the love necessary (:

Marissa has actually taken care of my cats! many times when I have had to be away for a while. I have always felt completely confident that she will take care of them as I would. I know her to be an intelligent and kind person and I have seen her interact with small children who absolutely adore her. Oh, and did I say she has a really wonderful dog? Well she does and I recommend her to take care of your dog without any hesitation.

Please let me know if there are any special requests or needs for your pet. I am happy to accommodate to the best of my ability. Additionally, it is preferred if your dog has some basic training such as name recall, sit, stay, etc. in the event we are in public. I intend to carry training treats on me as reward, but if there are any dietary restrictions do not hesitate in letting me know!
A typical day
If I am taking them on walks I am more than happy to take them on rides to a local park or neighborhood if they are comfortable in cars. If just popping in or if they do not like travel we can still stay active with toys and runs around the yard!
