This is my first time using this service so I had some high hopes so when I found this sitter I felt it would be great. My initial phone call was a bit alarming as the sitter requested if I can pay cash instead of the app, but I said no since I would rather have all transactions go through app to which she agreed. I did explain to her what needs to be done and how it would be a reoccurring service since I am away for the time being. The sitter agreed and said it would be okay with her availability. Sitter came by the first day which when fine as she communicated with me, however, for the scheduled second visit I didn't receive any messages in her 4 hour window. I had to find someone last minute and pay them to drive 16 miles to check in on my pets as I couldn't find anyone local last minute as the sitter didn't show up. I am not fond of giving bad reviews, but these are my pets and I want to be reassured they would be checked in safely and in this experience it failed.
