I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, and hamsters throughout my entire life and find taking care of animals is a passion for me. I currently have a 5 year old, staffordshire/pit mix rescue that struggles with PTSD and anxiety. He requires a lot of love and reassurance that my partner and I are happy to provide. Prior to him, I had a loving pomeranian for 11 years, who made it to her senior years and required a lot of medical attention daily, which made me comfortable to care for dogs with extra needs. Before her, I cared for larger dogs such as golden retrievers, German Shepards, and muts. I have pet sit before for small and large dogs alike, as well as cats. I am very comfortable with administering medication, I've done this with previous pets, as well as dogs I've sat for. My availability is currently pretty open as I establish myself in a new city. My dog goes to school to help assist my partner and I with training and socializing post shelter life. Pet care for me is 24/7, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I happily oblige all rules set by each individual pet parent. I personally love to give pets as many hugs and kisses as they permit. I enjoy snuggling with them wherever they choose to lie. I love playing with them in the home, parks, or wherever their favorite play area is. As long as they have the best day every day I feel like my job is done.
