I have been passionate about dogs since before I can even remember! Getting to be a caregiver to pups really is a true privilege, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. I love getting to know dogs so much, and their unique personalities always fill me with joy! As a dog owner myself, I’m familiar with how stressful it can be to be away from your pooch. It’s always difficult to find trusted help, and no one wants to stick them in a kennel. That’s why I’m here: to make sure your pup is in good hands, no matter what! My experience with dogs largely comes as an owner and a sitter. I currently have two pups of my own: a Puggle and a Brittany. They are the light of my life, but also have tons of things to teach me as well! For instance, they’ve definitely taught me that every individual pup has unique needs and wants that need to be attended to, just for them. That’s why I’m happy to make sure your pup has the individualized attention necessary to make them happy! Whether that’s dietary restrictions, medical administrations, or just the need of some extra belly rubs, I’ll go above and beyond to make sure that your pup’s needs are attended to. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. During a stay, I will always make sure to be as forthright with communication as possible. I love sending owners updates, as it gives me a chance to let you know how much fun we’ve been having throughout the day! I’m happy to take notes on absolutely anything you need to know that your dog is safe and secure. From what we’ve eaten that day to how long we’ve been out and about, your wish is my command. Likewise, those check-ins will always have accompanying photos, so you can see the big smile on your pup’s face!
