Hello! I’m a Bay Area transplant to Seattle and just like most folks on here I love dogs. I have a dog named Lupine (Lou) who is a 9mo husky/shepherd wild child. She loves dogs, people, food, and all things outdoors! We love going to Magnuson dog beach, exploring local parks, and finding new hikes together. She’s fearless, loves a good cuddle, and is very sweet. Since she’s in her “teen” phase, she can be a little feisty but we’re working on it patiently together. I'm a very active person - I played soccer in college and go for runs almost daily, and would love to take your dog running or hiking. Owning Lou has taught me a lot about being patient and meeting dogs where they are at to help them succeed. Looking forward to meeting you and caring for your dog!

I'd like to know if the dog is house-trained or has any allergies or injuries of any kind. I'd also like to know the dog's general disposition - ie. fearful, loving, indifferent. How your dog behaves when meeting other dogs, animals, or people is also very important to me. My family dog, Rigby, is by nature very suspicious and a little fearful of strangers so I understand it may take time to get to know your dog or have it become comfortable with me. Although all my dogs have been large mutts, I don't have any breed preferences.
A typical day
If you've got an active dog, I would happily take it on a run or to a park with me to get some exercise.
