Since I was a child I ‘ve had a calling to work with animals (wildlife and domestic). I was a practicing veterinarian in Peru before relocating to the United States . Since my move, I have worked as a vet tech at a local animal hospital and in animal welfare for over 10 years. I have an extensive background and experience with medication for elderly animals.

Marisa is a sweet, professional , and very attentive dog lover. I had zero concerns when I dropped my 14 yo Beagle at her home. Will definitely use her again when I need a dog sitter.
Estamos muy contentos y complacidos con Marisa. Definitivamente la usaremos en un futuro. Mi perrita Toffee no es fácil y ella hizo todo lo posible para que su estancia fuera de su agrado. Su estableciendo muy preparado para tener sus mascotas seguras.
I have been taking my girls for grooming and boarding with Marisa for three years now. I love the home experience they get and family love they get instead of just being in a crate all day.
When I leaving town and I had to leave my pet, I always trust Marisa. She is great and she daily send me videos and picture of my dog. I highly recommend her.

Pets are always housed indoors in a temperature controlled environment They will have access to my fenced yard for exercise, play, and to relieve themselves. There are double gates with concrete entryways to ensure pets stay safe and are not accidentally let out or dig under I have two friendly dogs of my own which I encourage clients to meet with first. If a pet needs to be crated to prevent potty training accidents or for comfort, I have appropriate crating available.

It is important to know details about your dog to offer a pleasant and joyful stay. The small details matter to provide a relaxing and smooth time especially for them and for me. Some dogs have “tricks” to eat, some dogs don’t like metal plates or only eat at night . Other have special needs to sleep (light on) or monthly medication needed (heart worm and flea prevention), or prescribed medication for heart, GI, allergies or anxiety condition. Other can not run a Lot or only leash walk due to an ACL problem. Some of my little guest have different feeding schedule (3 times a day) and glucose medication. More behavior and medical information I know it is better for me :)
A typical day
All my furry pets are free to run in my fence back yard where they have access all day. My pets love to be outdoors they love to play friendly with our guests sharing their toys and their daily runs!

Availability
My job allows me to be home during the day. My family, parents and kids (+13) love animals and we treat all of our guests as part of the family. There is always someone home to take care of my pets and my clients’ pets.
