Loving care while you’re away
I have been caring for animals for as long as I can remember! I grew up with dogs and understand that they truly become part of the family. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, and I am always willing to adapt and learn the best ways to care for each pet’s unique needs. Whether I’m stopping by for a visit, taking your dog for a walk, or spending quality playtime with them, I will give them plenty of attention, affection, and care. If you’re comfortable with it, I’d also love to take your dog on hikes or trips to the dog park so they can get exercise, socialize, and have fun.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I carefully follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, administer medications if needed and instructed, and make sure pets receive plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection.

Finding someone I trust with my Doberman, Six, is not easy, but Marisa has exceeded every expectation. She walks Six multiple times a week and has also cared for her overnight, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better person to look after her. Marisa is reliable, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure Six is happy, safe, and well cared for. It’s obvious how much she loves animals, and Six absolutely adores her. Knowing she’s with someone I trust completely gives me so much peace of mind. Marisa is one of the very few people I would trust with Six, which says a lot. If you’re considering booking with her, do it—you and your pets will be in excellent hands. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Marisa is amazing with our two dogs! She regularly takes them on walks and always goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy and well cared for. She’s also watched them/house sat, and she’s consistently been dependable, caring, and great with communication. Our dogs absolutely love her, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets!

Schedule
I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to accommodate drop-in visits and midday walks throughout the day. Since I don’t currently have pets of my own, I have the flexibility to dedicate my time and attention to caring for yours. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away!
