Pet care experience
I have always owned dogs growing up with my family and now I have one of my own! I am a second year veterinary student at NC State and have worked as a veterinary tech at a local animal hospital for the past 2 years. I am great with all animals, dogs and cats of any age and any special requirements as well as exotic pets. I just love to spend my days with animals and outside of work and school, this is a great way for me to do so! I am available around my school schedule, but since I have a dog of my own I make sure I have plenty of time during the day to make sure the animals are cared for

Marissa was a wonderful dog sitter for our 3 dogs! She was able to understand their 3 distinct personalities and deal with the 2 who may fight. She also was able to give our one dog his medicine a couple of times a day. She stayed at our house for 3 nights and kept in touch with information and pictures. Marissa was also thoughtful about doing extra things in the house and very willing to do whatever she needed to keep our dogs in their routine and happy! Marissa will be our first call when we have to leave our dogs again!
Marisa was perfect! She took amazing care of my dogs and even worked with them on some behavioral issues. She sent pictures and was quick to reply when I was looking to check in. They got a lot of quality time with her and I will be using Marisa in the future!
