My biggest concern is that she did not tell me she was looking for a job. I am a travel nurse, I may work for 13 weeks, or longer. I work 3 long 13 hr days. Finding a good person to care for my pup is literally the top priority. 1st time she did not show up on time, she did not respond to my text or even acknowledge I was texting her. I had to get someone else to let my dog out. Then she canceled due to finding a job. Had she informed me of looking for full time work at the meet and greet, I would not have booked her. Then she said she could work thru a certain period, then called and canceled that too. My big issue is Rover needs to better screen for these issues. I hate reading “I love pets!” To only be disappointed in their actual care or actions. I depend on people to provide a service while I am providing care in your community. Very disheartening and disappointing. I don’t care that she found work, I care that she did not tell me about looking for a full time job, not showing up timely and canceling on scheduled days. My dog is very important to me. She is my family. Do better.
